The Members' list is a critical feature of the online system for OEMSRS.org. The list can be accessed by authorized personnel for maintenance. More importantly, individual members can also access their own information and edit it online. This means that beeper, cell phone, and land line numbers CAN, or at their discretion, CANNOT, be posted on the Members' Only directory. In addition, EMS, Rescue, and Technical Rescue Team certification status is posted for every member.
Email distribution lists are extensively used. Each members record shows which email distribution lists that member is included on. The larger lists include: volunteer, paid, rescue, TRT, cadets and officers.
